White, Black, Transparent 96 Well PCR Plates

PCR plates are available in transparent, milky white, and black, among which milky white is more suitable for new fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments (such as Bio-Rad CFX series, models above ABI 7500fast, and Roche 480 series) that collect fluorescent signals at the top. However, if the fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument is For the bottom light source, you should choose transparent. The correct way to seal the film is: first press the film along the longitudinal direction of the 96 well pcr plate, then transversely, and finally press along the edge of the plate to seal it.
